Therapy to help you navigate change with clarity and confidence

In-person in San Francisco and virtually throughout California

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a licensed therapist born and raised in San Francisco, with a background in the startup world that gives me a unique perspective on the pressures and opportunities of the Bay Area’s fast-paced tech culture. I draw on my experience in the startup space, fellowship experience, and specialized training in EMDR, CBT, and perinatal mental health to help individuals and couples build the tools and awareness they need to navigate the challenges and possibilities of living and working here.

I can help with:

  • Depression and Anxiety

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Burnout & work/life balance

  • Perfectionism

  • Guilt, shame, & self-esteem

  • Relationship challenges

  • Perinatal mental health (pregnancy & postpartum)

  • Birth Trauma

  • Infertility & fertility preservation

  • Body Image

EMDR Therapy

EMDR uses guided bilateral movements to help your brain process painful memories so they feel less overwhelming. It can be used on its own or alongside traditional talk therapy, and can be done in person or virtually.

In-Person & Virtual Therapy

In-person sessions are held at my office in the heart of Cow Hollow on Union Street.
Virtual sessions allow you to meet from the comfort of your home, and you’re always welcome to alternate between the two.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Meeting in Golden Gate Park or the Presidio, this option blends traditional talk therapy with light exercise and time in nature, offering a relaxed, weather-permitting alternative to the therapy office.
